Where is the fuel filter located?

The fuel filter is generally installed on the outlet side of the fuel pump. Depending on the model, the installation position of the gasoline filter element is different. Lift the car up and find the oil pipe coming out of the fuel tank all the way down. There is something similar to the size of a metal can. Pay attention to the direction of the arrow when installing.

The fuel filter failure phenomenon is as follows:

1. It is easy to flame out. After the gasoline filter is blocked, the delivery of gasoline will be affected, resulting in insufficient fuel supply to the engine. The phenomenon of rubbing the car during driving or shifting is obvious, and it is easy to cause flameout when idling;

2. Weak driving, due to poor fuel supply, the engine power is reduced, the vehicle is weak and the speed is reduced;

3. The engine shakes when idling, and the gasoline filter element is moderately blocked, which not only does not make the power of the car worse but also causes the engine to shake when the car is idling.
