In order to help our employees master the requirements of IATF16949:2016 standard, improve the ability of internal audit, and ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of our quality management system, at the end of July, our company carried out the "IATF16949 Internal auditor Training".

The purpose of this training is to enable our employees to better understand the core principles and requirements of IATF16949 and how to apply these principles and requirements to improve our internal audit capabilities. IATF16949 is the quality management system standard for the automotive industry, whose purpose is to ensure that automotive manufacturers and suppliers are able to provide high-quality products and services.
During the training process, we invited training experts to help trainees fully understand the requirements of IATF16949 standard through simple explanation and actual case analysis.
Through this training, participants not only gained a deeper understanding of IATF16949 standards, but also learned how to apply these standards to guide our internal audit efforts. This will help us to better identify and solve problems, improve our product quality and service level, and thus meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
In addition, we will continue to monitor the update and development of IATF16949 standards to ensure that our internal audit methods and processes are consistent with the latest industry standards. At the end of the training, all the trainees passed the examination and obtained the certificate of Internal Auditor.
